Distance Work Day #3

Hello Potatoes!

FRIDAAAYYYY! Last day before the weekend! As much as I love school, I love Fridays more.
I hope you've all had amazing days so far, I know I have. Anyway, enough chit-chat, Let's get into it.

Literacy:
For literacy, we made animations on a programme called scratch. The animation had to be between a human and a talking animal. I'm pretty sure it's inspired by a story we read with the literacy group on the 'meet' call, called 'Tobermory' The story is about a man who taught his cat to talk, in the end, the cat dies and it's really sad. Anyway, This is my scratch animation: (press the green flag to start it)

Sorry for the movement and pixelation of the human.

Math:
For the subject that is mathematics, We had to first figure out how many of Mr.Gillstoms truck would fit inside of our 2-meter bubble.  then we got to do the same thing with an object of our choice. I chose to do it with the pen I was using to jot down notes.  We had to make a poster showing our results and put it onto a slide, I took a screenshot of my slide:

I hope you enjoyed reading! I'll be back tomorrow for more!
See you then!
Bye~

Distance Work Day #2 (50TH POST)

Good Afternoon potatoes!

How are you all? I hope you're all feeling amazing!
Today is the second day of term 2 distance learning, I'll admit I found maths a little bit confusing, but I got there in the end.

Have a look!

Literacy:
So it turned out I did half of today's work yesterday by mistake, that means I didn't have to do as much, but I'm still going to make sure that doesn't happen again.
So that poster I made yesterday? Yeah, I just had to write a paragraph to go with it.
I took a screenshot of my slide.

Does your cat make a lot of bread like mine does?

Math:
For math, we gathered objects from around our homes and either measured their length (cm, m, km), weight (mg, g, kg), or volume (ml, l, kl). I did mine od 3 separate slides and took screenshots of each slide. Take a look.

During this, I found out that there's Almond Essence in the pantry. I didn't even know Almond Essence existed. And looks like it's only been used once. welp, you learn something new every day.

This next thing has nothing to do with school, but I made 'Custom Gacha Clothing' today, and wanted to share it.

I'm quite proud of it.

Anyway, I'll be writing again tomorrow, See you then!
Bye!
