Distance Work Day #10

Hello Potatoes!

Day 10. Doubble digits. I couldn't not post. I mean. I want to post every day anyway, even though I don't have to, I need something to do in between tasks so I write about what I've just done so I might as well post right? I have no reason not to, No one said I was only allowed to post once a week, they just said we only needed to post once a week so it's not like I'm not allowed to post every day! Okay, you know what let's just get into it:

Literacy:
For literacy, we sort of had 2 tasks. both involved me using the digital pencil I lost 2 years ago and found just today. In other words, I did some digital art. -w-

The first thing I did was 'Definition of irony' basically we had to make creative things that showed what irony is, well, one type of irony. there are three types of irony, verbal irony, situational irony, and dramatic irony, I chose verbal irony. I made a comic, not 100% sure if it actually is verbal irony.. but I tried, and spend around half an hour on this I wasn't about to put it to waste.
You might need to zoom in to read it.

It doesn't look like much but for someone with my artistic ability, I think its... it's ok. I could've done better. but I'm not about to spend another half hour on this.

The second one I did was 'Picturing Bureaucracy' I'll admit I had to ask Mr google for the definition even after Mr G explained it to us. I also didn't understand Mr Google's definition so I ended up asking my mum and she explained it in a much clearer way, so I went searching for images for my creative piece to shoe bureaucracy, and I found one I liked, so I almost, re-created it but I did it on the bureaucracy of my household.
(Small text: Lilly is queen, no one messes with the queen)
As you can see my cat is in charge of everyone. when she wants something she gets it. or we get bitten.  or if your me, scratched. 'cause she bites me anyway.

Math:
We translated(moved)/mirroed shapes on cartesian planes. at least, that's how I understood it.
We had to do 3 shapes, I know that. I made the red one first, then the black one, then the blue one. I just realized the first 2 I made look like very similar shapes If you look at them for long enough they kind of look like wings.

I really hope you enjoyed reading!!
I'm gonna go watch anime now!
Byeee!

  1. Wow Jayde, you are producing some awesome work! Your posts are very well written, well done. It's so cool that you enjoy posting, keep it up because I love reading your posts! Your comic strip is great, you did a really good job of showing verbal irony. Well done for searching for more information about bureaucracy when you didn't understand. I love that you have put your cat at the top. It's so true, cats are always the boss!! Fantastic maths work as well. Keep up the great work and enjoy your weekend. Caitlin :)
