Distance Work Day #21

Kia Ora Potatoes!

AaAhHh! last day of distance work and we're back to school!
Except I'm still staying home for the first week -w-
so uh- I'm still gonna be posting, I think- I mean I will anyway, but. I dunno I 'm not 100% sure how I'm going to do anything. I just know all the work will be on the Toroa site and I have to complete them. :)

Fri-Yay teacher task:
I CHOSE TO DESIGN AN ANIMAL ENCLOSURE!
'cause I like animals and I felt like designing something at the time. :)
I chose to design a lion enclosure, I tried adding a fence down the bottom but it didn't look right so I removed it:
I think it's kinda cute.

Technology Task:
I chose another task to do with designing something. :3
I chose the task called 'Brilliant Bedroom' basically we had to design our dream bedroom. We had the options to either draw it or make it in a cardboard box or somethin', I made it in a box.
I don't know if it's cheating to use models from old playsets, but I did make DIY tiny working curtains.
I made it in a tissue box because for some reason I like small bedrooms. :)

you can actually pull those purple curtains.
And the 'carpet' is just a cool piece of paper I found in my room.
If you're wondering where all my clothes would go, they would be in that blue desk, just pretend there's draws ok?

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading this post
and I hope you've all had amazing weeks!
Moving into level 2 is an exciting step for NZ, we can do it!
I'll see you next time!

  1. Hai Jayde!
Your blog post is really good! I love that tiny bedroom, kinda wish it was my room.. lol. Your tiger enclosure was really cool too! I cannot wait to see you soon next week at school! Maybe next time give a bit more description on how you made the enclosure and bedroom? Although pretty good!

  2. Hey Jayde! Great post by the way. I thought your 'Brilliant Bedroom' was amazing! I liked what you used for the bed, lamp, desk and chair. It was cool how you added curtains too. Maybe you could have added a photo or posters on wall. But without those things it was still really cool.
